It is hard, looking at the diagram, to remember that the energy is spiraling. This is a very powerful flow to use in a large healing circle. It must be practiced and mastered by at least two of the people present in the circle in order to activate it for the group. It is a powerful blending of energies that helps people to connect with Higher Self, guides and the Earth Mother. When using this flow alone, or in a group, you must consciously return the energies to the normal torso and arm and leg flow upon completion.
