Who's the Boss

Do you ever wonder how the mind assists or obstructs the remembering of our spiritual nature? We have had many conversations with our individual minds on that subject. Several of these conversations relate to WHO'S THE BOSS?... the mind or the soul????? The mind ,of course, asserts that it is the top dog, but the inner knowing says otherwise; the soul is definitely in charge! After all, we are here experiencing for the highself, who directs us on our path , that is if that mind of ours accepts it's rightful position. This, my friends, is the dilemma!

Daily, the mind is interfering in our discernment of what aids us on our path. Is there something we could be studying. We could read books such as the Bible, the Koran, the texts of Judaism, Hinduism, or Buddhism? Or we could make it easy and take a shortcut and just read a popular novel, such as The Celestine Prophecy. Now, common sense would tell us that a novel is not the place to look for wisdom regarding our spiritual pursuits, but that is what the mind is tricking so many people into thinking. There are many study groups formed for the purpose of understanding this novel. This boggles both my mind and my soul! It makes sense that if our minds are leading us down the primrose path of believing the wisdom place to be... "a relatively long fictional prose with a more or less complex plot or pattern of events about human beings, their feelings, thoughts, actions etc., [ The Unabridged Webster’s Dictionary's definition of a novel.] we are really in trouble!!

How do we get from here to where our spirit wants us to be? Lets forget the novels, and, yes, even the old channeled books such as The Urantia Book, and the Keys of Enoch. All channeled information is subject to the mind of the channeler on any given day. I say this on some authority, I am a channeler. Let's all go inside, meditate and get our information from our high self and then we can come together share, and chat about our true nature, home and purpose.
